The Coolant Machine is used to exchange, flush and replace new radiator coolant in automobile cooling systems. This project required the complete redesign of the exchange process. Special control valves and plumbing systems were designed and manufactured to handle the transfer of fluids. This project was designed and rendered in AutoCAD. Some parts were designed in Pro/E.
